Your tasks
Strategy
- You will support the CEO develop the wider Group Strategy for expansion into new related markets that lever the assets of the existing group
- Perform market sizing, competitive landscape mapping, channel analysis, segmentation and trend analysis
- Run a Business Development team to find major strategic deals with major platforms and retailers
- Own the development and lifecycle of those new deals to an established business
M&A
- Develop and maintain robust M&A pipeline with structured internal evaluation approach and process
- Work with the CFO and the CEO to identify and evaluate the potential value of M&A opportunities
- Support the CFO and his teams in due diligences and financial forecast modelling
- Coordinate M&A processes from initial contact through to final integration
Your profile
- Proven experience in strategy formulation, due diligence, and financial/forecast modelling
- Strategic thinker coupled with ability to roll up sleeves
- Demonstrated ability to influence, build consensus, and communicate priorities and expectations
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to key decisions and provide clear recommendations
- Outstanding written, verbal communication skills, and ability to create high impact presentations
- Proven leaderships skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Several years of functional experience in strategy consulting, M&A or relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree and MBA preferred
